Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness) to join a prominent organization in Hong Kong. This role is vital for leading initiatives that enhance social well-being and wellness programs for the elderly community. Key Responsibilities

Program Development:
Design, implement, and oversee social and wellness programs specifically tailored for elderly individuals, ensuring they meet community needs and organizational goals. -
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to build partnerships and enhance service delivery for the elderly population. -
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing direction and support to maximize their effectiveness and professional growth. -
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Establish performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and impact, conducting regular evaluations and reporting on outcomes to senior management. -
Budget Management:
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for social and wellness initiatives, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with regulations. -
Advocacy and Outreach:
Promote awareness of elderly wellness issues through community outreach programs, workshops, and events, advocating for policies that support senior citizens. -
Research and Best Practices:
Stay informed about trends, challenges, and best practices in elderly care and wellness, integrating findings into program strategies.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Gerontology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. -
Experience:
7+ years of experience in program management or social services, with a focus on elderly wellness and community outreach. -
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. -
Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. -
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences.
