Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to enhance the performance of 3PL distribution service providers and boost internal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of the supply chain process and product delivery to customers and track product movements between third-party warehouses and customers.
- Address and escalate any deviations in supply shipment services.
- Supervise the sales order to cash process and inventory movements managed by 3PL distribution service providers, ensuring operations align with commercial agreements and established procedures by monitoring daily operational data from system interfaces.
- Stakeholder management and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with customer service transactional processes.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in inventory management practices, with essential knowledge and experience in SAP.
