Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:
  Lead and manage technical teams, providing direction and support for engineering projects, product development, and process improvements.

• Project Management:
  Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to align technical initiatives with organizational goals.

• Innovation and Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• Technical Support:
  Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal teams and external partners, addressing technical inquiries and challenges.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure that all technical activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards, maintaining a focus on quality assurance.

• Training and Development:
  Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the technical team.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience:
  7+ years of experience in a technical management role within a manufacturing or engineering environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Leadership Skills:
  Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.

• Analytical Skills:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
