Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Client Engagement:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

  • Technical Support:
    Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, effectively demonstrating product features and benefits to clients.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for growth within the biotech industry.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Training and Presentations:
    Deliver product training and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and application of solutions offered.

  • Reporting:
    Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management based on market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    3-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in the biotech or life sciences sector.

  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of biotech products and applications, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

  • Sales Skills:
    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective relationship management.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
