【Position Summary】
The Director of Strategic Procurement will lead the procurement team in developing and executing mid-to-long-term strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost structures, ensuring the stable supply of critical materials. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic procurement within the electronics manufacturing industry (notably companies like Foxconn, Quanta, Compal, Pegatron, Wistron) and demonstrate effective cross-functional collaboration and supplier relationship management.
【Key Responsibilities】

Develop annual procurement strategies and KPIs focusing on cost optimization, supply risk management, and diversified supplier development.

Lead procurement strategies during New Product Introduction (NPI) phases, collaborating closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Establish and maintain key supplier relationships, conducting regular performance evaluations and business reviews.

Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations, providing strategic insights to senior management.

Drive digital transformation and system integration within procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency and data transparency.

Lead and develop the procurement team, enhancing professional capabilities and performance outcomes.
【Qualifications】

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields.

Over 10 years of procurement experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in strategic procurement and team management roles.

Familiarity with ODM/JDM models and electronic component supply chain operations.

Strong negotiation skills, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems; strong data analysis skills are a plus.

Fluent in English, capable of handling communications with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
