職務內容： 帶領並管理兩位會計同仁，負責帳務與稅務相關作業的審核，確保符合最新法規與公司內部規範 主導月結、季結與年結流程，編製財務報表及經營分析資料，提供管理層決策依據 配合會計師完成年度查帳與稅務簽證流程 追蹤與分析各部門費用執行情況，協助預算編製、執行與成本控管 參與轉投資事業或關係企業的財務監督與績效追蹤 針對公司內部專案進行效益分析，並持續追蹤其執行成果 協助準備董事會與股東會相關資料與行政作業
