Position: Sales Account Manager (NE Products)
Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Major Responsibilities
•Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including distributors, government organizations, engineering, purchasing and senior management
•Sell into customers through direct sales as well as indirect sales via Channel Partners
•Increase customer base and close orders with new target customers
•Identify and create new sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
•Provide monthly forecasts and reports of business potential in assigned area
•Work closely with BU and regional teams to proactively drive sales opportunities forward
•In addition, sales managers may be requested to assist the Country Manager and business unit marketing team with researching new market opportunities and launching new products Pre-Requisites & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or communications-related technical training and experience is preferred
•At least 3-5 years of sales experience in technology related industry
•Basic technical knowledge in Fiber Optics, Optical Communications (Metro / Access / Cable Networks) and Optical components/devices
•Proven experience in handling either Network Equipment Manufacturer (NEM), or OEM, or Telecommunications Service Provider (include Datacenter) customer accounts
•Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese language
•Self-motivated, highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
•Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with FAE and BU
•Good presentation and communication skill towards customers.
•Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines
