Confidential Search - We’re looking for a CQO (Chief Quality Officer) Successor for a leading ICT company (with >10,000 employees globally). This role will work closely with the CQO and the leadership team, undertaking several different critical, quality-related tasks in his/her first 1-2 years of employment with the organization. The initial roles & responsibilities may vary depending on the business dynamics and candidate past experience.
Qualifications:
• 15~25 years of “combined” experience in the functions of Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Quality System, & Quality Management.
• Preferred industry sectors: ICT (Information Communication Technology), Semiconductors Manufacturing, Electronics Design & Manufacturing, Automotives.
• Experience with “Quality Engineering” is highly desired.
• 10+ years of supervising multiple quality teams across Design Quality Assurance (DQA), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Customer Quality Assurance (CQS), Reliability & Testing, Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Rich experience of handling internal, external and customer quality audit. Ability to coordinate and lead teams to solve quality problems and meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Full proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong Mobility – able to conduct frequent business travels (50% above) and a few months’ stay in a different country/site.
