AVP, BU Head (Consumer Electronics Brand)

We’re looking for an experienced BU Head/Business Leader from Consumer Electronics brands with international/regional management experience (>200 staff members globally). Preferred product experience: phone/PC peripherals, gaming products and accessories, audio/video products, etc.   
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage various functional teams of the Business Unit among Sales & Marketing, Product/Project Managers, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management across different sites and regions.   
• Work closely with the company’s leadership team to formulate mid-long term business strategies and allocate resources to implement business strategies globally.
• Organize and develop distribution systems. Streamline management of the channel environment both online and offline to increase sales.
• Be responsible for global year on year KPIs achievement such as sales volume, revenue, net profit, inventory and AR etc.
• Develop and build cohesive teams. Recognize, motivate and develop talents needed for current and future business.
• Collect and analyze up-to-date information on the market to develop competitive product& service and adjust business tactics accordingly.

 
Qualifications:

• 15 years+ experience in Consumer Electronics business working at branded companies that market their products globally such as phone/PC peripherals, gaming products and accessories, audio/video products, etc.      
• Strong knowledge & experience in operation & marketing & sales management with regard to online and offline channels operation & business management.
• Used to work in an international environment and have channel management experience in the overseas regions such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese  
• Excellent leadership and demonstrated skills& abilities in organizing, communication, influencing and motivating others.
