Job Title: BOM & PLM Documentation Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven BOM Analyst & PLM Documentation Analyst to support our product lifecycle and configuration management functions. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data throughout the development and release processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments, ensuring timely and compliant updates to our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations within the Agile PLM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution of product changes.

Establish and maintain item master records and product Bill of Materials (BOMs) based on inputs from Engineering and Product Marketing.

Track, organize, and upload New Product Introduction (NPI) documentation in accordance with internal procedures and project timelines.

Draft and process engineering change documentation including Change Orders (CO), Change Requests (CR), Deviations, and Stop Orders, ensuring alignment with cross-functional inputs.

Review Engineering Changes (ECs) for completeness and compliance with internal standards and process requirements.

Participate in Product Council Meetings (PCM) to report status of NPI documentation and engineering change progress.

Coordinate and manage documentation and product data across departments such as Engineering, QA, Compliance, Marketing, and external suppliers.

Deliver Agile PLM user training sessions and provide ongoing support to system users as needed.

Generate and analyze reports, metrics, and data visualizations from Agile PLM to support decision-making and operational tracking.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Solid understanding of configuration management principles, including product structure, part numbering, and interchangeability rules.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in PLM systems, BOM management, or product documentation control.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with digital systems and tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
