Brand Manager, FMCG

Responsibilities

• Oversee all strategic and brand initiatives to drive consumption, growth, sales, profit, and marketing goals.
• Develop and implement portfolio-driven strategy.
• Lead the creation of marketing and communication strategies and plans by aligning with business goals and understanding consumer and customer insights.
• Strengthen brand equity and enhance the consumer experience.
• Manage the full P&L process, ensuring profit protection, accurate stock forecasting, and efficient A&P investment management with a focus on ROI.
• Foster clear and effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Identify and address any issues or risks concerning marketing governance.

Requirements

• A college degree (preferably a Bachelor's or Master's with a focus on business) and ideally 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a strong vision, strategic mindset, and the courage to make bold decisions.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
• A proven ability to drive innovation and foster brand growth, ideally with new product development experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
