Position Overview
We're looking for a supply chain professional who thrives on driving smooth operations and delivering top-tier service to customers. This role plays a key part in connecting the dots across commercial teams, operations, and external partners—making sure orders flow efficiently from start to finish while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
-
Own the Order Journey: From receiving to processing, tracking, and making sure everything gets delivered right and on time. You’ll also follow up on any issues and keep internal teams and customers updated.
-
Be the Go-To for Sales Teams: Act as the supply chain contact point for commercial functions—translating customer needs into actionable steps across internal teams like credit control, finance, and customer support hubs.
-
Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate across functions to spot gaps, propose solutions, and work on projects that improve service quality and make things run more smoothly for everyone.
-
Support Forecasts & Launches: Work closely with sales and planning teams to align supply with customer needs—especially during new campaigns or product launches.
-
Process & Performance Improvements: Keep an eye on efficiency—whether it's automating order flows, reducing delays, or enhancing KPIs. You’ll take the lead on tracking performance and driving improvements.
-
Join the Dots Across Teams: From preparing slides to representing the supply chain voice in key meetings, your input will help shape decisions and drive collaboration.
Your Must-Haves
-
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in a fast-paced international environment.
-
Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills—you’re just as comfortable diving into data as you are speaking with a customer or team lead.
-
Proactive, responsive, and focused on getting things done the right way.
-
Experience juggling warehouse or logistics operations, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally on projects.
-
Able to speak up, improve what’s not working, and bring a customer-first mindset to the table.
-
Comfortable working in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Bonus Points If You…
-
Have experience in large-scale FMCG companies or managing supply chain planning across channels.
-
Are great at turning data into insights, and insights into action.
-
Can manage projects independently and lead small teams when needed.
- Understand what it takes to keep operations lean while staying customer-focused.
