EC Manager

Our client is one of leading global FMCG companies. As a EC Manager, you are an expert in eCommerce media strategy and execution. You will have opportunities to collaborate across teams to uncover insights on consumers, shoppers, and customers, implementing marketing strategies that drive sustainable and profitable brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce & Digital Media Strategy and Performance Optimization
  • Responsible for optimizing SEM/SEO in collaboration with DMC and media agencies.
  • Provide recommendations for eCommerce and media strategies based on the Communication Brief from the BRM owner.
  • Oversee performance tracking and reporting across agencies and platforms, delivering optimization strategies.
• Category Data Strategy and Digital Agency Expertise
  • Lead the development of category and brand-level data strategies throughout the consumer’s journey to purchase.
  • Ensure the quality of pull and push content across various agencies (Media, Social, Digital, DCM, and SM agencies).

Requirements

• A college degree (preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s with a focus on business) and ideally 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a strong vision, strategic thinking, and the courage to lead.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven capability to foster innovation and drive brand growth.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in eCommerce or media is a plus.
