Job Title: Executive Advisor (Assistant to the President)
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Assist the senior management team in formulating development strategies for the association, proposing innovative growth paths, and enhancing the association's influence in the global semiconductor industry.
- Analyze industry trends, evaluate market opportunities, develop short-, medium-, and long-term plans, and drive the achievement of the association's mission and objectives.
Internal and External Communication and Coordination
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, corporate members, and international organizations, coordinating resources to jointly promote industry development.
- Act as a communication bridge across internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and provide decision-making recommendations.
Project Management and Execution Support
- Assist with special projects assigned by the president, including progress tracking and communication/negotiation.
- Plan high-level industry events and policy seminars, supporting agenda setting and resource allocation.
- Support and oversee major project processes to ensure efficient execution and successful outcomes.
Job Requirement:
- Over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor or technology industry, with a strong understanding of the industry ecosystem and global market operations.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of formulating innovative strategies in a fast-changing environment.
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, effective in interacting with senior executives, corporate members, and government agencies.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead teams in completing cross-departmental and international collaborative projects.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, capable of preparing reports, delivering presentations, and participating in international conferences.
- Prior experience in international enterprises or associations is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry development trends, policies, and regulations & ESG related policy is a plus.
