Functional Testing Development Manager/Sr. Staff E

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Functional Testing Manager/Sr. Staff Engineer located in Taiwan, Taipei.

Reporting to the Design Center Head or EE Director, the Functional Testing Development Manager/Sr. Staff Engineer role involves leading a testing team or acting as a professional staff engineer to ensure each project meets customer requirements in Power Supply Unit/Power Solutions.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Lead the testing team in developing and implementing test and automation processes for power supply products (SMPS, BBU, Chargers/Adaptors, Wireless Chargers), including interfacing with test equipment and fixturing, as well as designing electrical test circuits in jigs.

• Perform functional testing and validation of products.

• Define test plans and develop testing fixtures for both design and manufacturing sites.

• Implement automation testing and optimize test time.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 6 years of testing experience in PSU, UPS, BBU, or ESS.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English are required.
