Position: Global HR Director
Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan
Supervise: 7-9 staffs
Job Description:

Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a global HR team of at least seven professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

Global HR Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global HR strategy that supports the company's growth and expansion plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee global talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top-tier talent across diverse functions and regions.
- Implement talent management programs to nurture employee development and career progression.

Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
- Address employee relations matters promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local and international regulations.
- Mitigate HR-related risks by staying abreast of legal changes and industry best practices.

Performance Management:
- Implement and manage a global performance management system, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee productivity and performance.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster open communication channels between HR and other departments, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Represent the HR function in leadership meetings, providing insights and recommendations for workforce optimization.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global HR functions in Taiwan, US and Global.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Location: Based in Taoyuan, Taiwan, with occasional travel required.
