Job Description
- Partner with and drive the business to achieve their short and long term objectives
- Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
- Be bridge builders among sectors and business lines, with independent view on what is best for the company as a whole
- Drive optimization and improvement of processes, standardization of worldwide reporting and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information
- Participate in business improvement projects and validate the business cases
- Drive the monthly, yearly and long term Financial Planning processes
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
- Master degree in Finance/Business Administration, CPA is plus
- Fluent in English/Mandarin
