We’re looking for a Head of HR & Administration, Taiwan Site to be based in Taipei or Tainan (south of Taiwan). This role will lead a small team of HR & Admin to support 800+ employees in Taiwan, reporting to the site General Manager/Vice President. Experience of handling a manufacturing site (and a R&D/engineering center) will be a must.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with site GM/VP, corporate HR & finance team, and other cross-functional teams to support the operations and business needs of Taiwan site
- Manage HR and administration activities, such as attendance management, payroll, insurance, performance management, policies and processes management, employee relationship management, training & development, and compliance initiatives.
- Headcount planning, budgeting, candidates selection and employee staffing.
- Execute Corp HR projects and manage the annual salary review, promotion, and performance management cycle; coordinate the annual benefits enrolment process.
- Contribute to the benchmarking activities and benefits survey; collaborate with global HR and finance teams for data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Mentor and lead the HR and Admin staff (4-5 persons). Oversee day-to-day operations in Taiwan site and provide in-time supports when needed.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of working experience in human resources management and administration, preferably with manufacturing background.
- 5+ years in people managerial position.
- Familiar with Taiwan labor laws and regulations. Understand the business and operational challenges within the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated skills and track records of handling Employee Relations (ER).
- Knowledge of using/adopting HRIS system will be a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pay attention to details.
