Our client is a global leader in Consumer and Medical Device industry. They’re seeking an experienced Marketing to lead their marketing strategy and execution in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across Category Management, Trade & Shopper Marketing, Digital, and CRM, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead the overall marketing strategy for Taiwan, managing a team of marketing professionals. Develop, execute, and monitor marketing plans to ensure alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, equity, and marketing activities to drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth.
  • Trade & Shopper Marketing: Design and implement trade marketing strategies to support retail and distribution channels, including partnerships with key retailers, promotional campaigns, and in-store activations to increase sales and market share.
  • Digital Marketing & CRM: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and SEO strategies. Build and manage a customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Market Insights & Analytics: Leverage market data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, with full responsibility with P&L, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to deliver impactful campaigns while optimizing costs.
Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of marketing experience in FMCG and/or retail sectors, with a focus on brand management, trade marketing, digital marketing, and CRM.
  • Proven experiences in managing members (at least 10) both local and regional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and advanced knowledge in digital marketing, data analytics, consumer behavior, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to develop long-term strategies while executing short-term tactical initiatives to drive immediate results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior management.
  • Native in Mandarin and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
