Our client, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales (Offline) to lead its Taiwan business. This role will be responsible for designing sales strategies, managing key retail and wholesale channels, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional market growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive offline sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
- Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a nationwide sales team to exceed performance metrics.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture and support team development through coaching and structured goals.
- Manage and grow relationships with key offline partners, including Costco, hypermarkets/supermarkets, department stores, distributors, and other B2B clients.
- Collaborate closely with distribution partners to align on sales plans, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers to ensure sustained growth.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to guide decision-making.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, channel management, category development, or trade marketing, preferably in Healthcare/Consumer industry background.
- 8+ years of proven success in people leadership, managing cross-regional teams across Taiwan.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of Taiwan’s modern trade/retail landscape and distributor ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and excellent command of English.
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment.
