Head of Service Business

One of International and famous industrial equipment/Elevator, would like to looking for one Service Head talent.  

Position: Head of Service Business 
- team: 50-60 total
- manage both service operations (maintenance, repairs) and aftermarket sales (acquire new service contracts, spare parts sales, modernization/replacement sales)
Location: New Taipei City 
 
JD Description: 

負責銷售管理:
1.整體銷售指標制定及協調管理
2.業務預測當前及未來3個月預測及達成
3.指導管理轄區內業務推展
負責維運服務管理:
1.指導區域內維保電梯的市場分析，通過收集主動/被動的銷售線索，
如何提供客戶需求，創造更多報價機會
2.管理各區維運服務狀況，提升續約與業主滿意度
3.有效運用客服數據，維持服務滿意及可能機會
