Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Our client is a leading international tourism hotel operation group in Taiwan.
Job Purpose:
- Establish company operating policies and standard procedures and supervise company performance to meet budget.
- Oversee and manage the effectiveness of the company’s annual business plan and budget execution.
- Plan and promote the company’s medium and long-term operations and development.
Responsibilities & Standards:
- Coordinate business strategies and core values.
- Establish management policies and regulations and supervise the establishment of standard operating procedures.
- Formulate business directions and management goals.
- Guide and direct daily operations.
- Ensure the implementation of various policies, regulations, and directives.
- Plan annual work plans and supervise the progress of implementation.
- Provide special research and data analysis to support major decisions.
- Regularly present business status analysis and future forecasts.
- Closely monitor domestic and international industry trends, assess the potential impact, and propose countermeasures and plans.
- Attend management meetings and report on company operations progress.
- Develop talent, improve overall service quality, and enhance employee quality.
Job Duties:
- Attend morning meetings with supervisors.
- Review daily operation reports and approve various documents.
- Inspect public areas and departmental work conditions, checking service quality.
- Supervise daily operations.
- Respond to and handle domestic and international correspondence.
- Liaise with Hotel Group headquarters and affiliated hotels on related matters and business information exchanges.
