The position of HR&ADM manager, is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in HsinChu manufacturing site.
The position facilitates the transformation processes that currently the plant is evolving, support leaders to drive for changes or improvements, and play the consultation role to shape employees’ behavior in line with HQ and Factory.
Title: HR & Admin. Manager
Location: HsinChu
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategic plans for HsinChu Plant
• Ensure the delivery of talent acquisition, development and retaining of HsinChu plant to achieve current and future objectives.
• Provide broad, pro-active HR support to Plant Manager, Department Managers and Team Leaders to maximize overall performance, minimize risk and ensure zero harm.
• Advocate company value, facilitate the transforming process, help employees embrace company culture.
• Partnering with Line Managers and Team Leaders to enhance employee engagement, value behavior, and productivity.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with legal department to protect the company from the risk of legal violation.
• Demonstrate leadership, provide internal consultancy, coaching and mentoring to the Line Managers and Team Leaders on HR professional and other P&P matters.
• Support and take the lead on managing and maintaining positive ER, assist line managers on handling employee dispute
• Promote and monitor health related activities, support nurse to accelerate employees’ health including lift up health awareness, promote healthier living style, build up / correct health knowledge, etc.
• Participate in the development of HR Strategies and roll out related programs
Job Requirement:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in HR, with experience in partnering with sales, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
o Strong business acumen with experience partnering with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams.
o Hands-on execution with a strategic HR mindset.
o Expertise in talent acquisition, engagement, and leadership development.
o Data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
o Strong experiences in people leadership and team development.
• Behavior/soft skills:
o Excellent interpersonal skill, strong capabilities in communication, influencing, negotiating, facilitating, and networking
o High level of confidence on dealing with confrontation across Functions.
o Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
o Experienced in managing vendors and service level agreements.
o Demonstrate value behavior – integrity, responsibility, transparency,
o Strong business acumen with financial knowledge, good sense of budgeting and expenses management
o A team player with high level of emotional and cultural intelligence
