Job Description:
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration:
- Partner with senior leadership and business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that directly support and align with the company's goals.
- Offer expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and employee relations to drive performance, employee satisfaction.
- Spearhead talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management, to ensure organizational continuity.
- Drive workforce planning to ensure alignment with business objectives, and lead efforts to recruit for senior-level positions
- Serve as a go-to advisor to management and employees on all employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and ensuring that employee concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring the company’s culture and values are embedded in everyday work practices and interactions.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess and provide actionable insights into workforce trends, turnover, employee engagement, and key HR metrics that support data-driven decision- making.
- Work with leadership to track, analyze, and evaluate the success of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities, while providing regular reports and insights on talent acquisition metrics and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between recruitment and other HR functions such as compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
- What You'll Need:
- 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven track record of providing HR leadership in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics to drive data-informed decision- making.
