HRBP Lead (Taoyuan, people management role)

Fastest-growing multinational organization, with Taiwan being one of the top 3 most important markets for global expansion. Currently, they are expanding business areas in Taiwan and seeking a seasoned HRBP Lead (Taoyuan) to lead the team in achieving business goals.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main HR contact, supporting business leaders/line managers in addressing employee concerns and ensuring effective application of HR policies.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal & regulation requirements and company standards.
• Foster positive employee relations and drive high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on HR policies and best practices.
• Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
• Conduct talent assessments to identify organizational strengths and development opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve HR programs and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, psychology or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in HR management with a focus on HR business partnering.
• 5+ years in management position
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and strategic HR solutions.
• Fluent in English and native in Mandarin.
