Key Responsibilities

Embedded Linux Software Development
- Design, develop, and optimize software for Linux-based TV systems.
- Work across drivers, middleware, and application layers to ensure seamless feature integration.

Video & Image Processing
- Implement and enhance video/image post-processing algorithms for improved picture quality.
- Optimize software performance to deliver a superior viewing experience.

System Integration & Optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, QA, and product teams, to ensure system stability and performance.
- Debug and resolve system-level issues, ensuring robust and reliable operation under various use cases.

Development Environment & Tools
- Utilize Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines for version control, issue tracking, and continuous integration.
- Conduct performance profiling and debugging using industry-standard tools.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Communicate progress, technical challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hands-on experience in embedded systems development, preferably in the TV or consumer electronics industry.
- Proficiency in Linux internals, including device drivers, kernel modules, and user-space programming.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ with experience in scripting languages like Python or Shell.
- Background in video and image post-processing techniques.
- Familiarity with hardware interfaces and protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, HDMI, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug complex system-level issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SoC architectures used in multimedia devices.
- Experience in GPU/CPU acceleration for video processing.
