Position: Key Account Manager (Lead)
Target Customers: Solar, Wind, Power
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans in designated areas for the cycle, aligning them with global and regional business strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute plans, identifying and addressing any gaps with proposed solutions promptly.
- Develop sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Take ownership of delivering the targets and plans, working closely with key stakeholders, and proposing solutions to address any gaps swiftly.
- Build and develop a strong team through hiring, providing appropriate training, coaching, and necessary support.
- Continuously improve the project pipeline to ensure sustainable growth.
- Provide accurate forecasts by understanding market trends, customer demand, and inventory levels.
- Drive the development of robust account management plans with target customers to achieve targets.
- Develop and enhance relationships with key contacts across different levels at target customers based on account management plans.
- Regularly review team performance using identified KPIs aligned with supervisors to achieve targets.
- Manage pricing to capture the value of company and meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with the Channel Manager to develop and execute distribution strategies in the designated area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, etc.), MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in material supply for Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, or Electronic Component industries (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Production) in a global environment.
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Passionate about sales and business excellence, naturally organized with experience in:
- People management
- Account planning and management
- Strategic/consultative selling methodologies
- An assertive and result-driven leader with the ability to leverage others within the industry and the company.
- Excellent communication skills in English – presentation, verbal, and written.
- Excellent and advanced computer literacy.
