Global Top1 entertainment & media group company, seeking a Taiwan Legal Head to provide legal guidance and support to management teams.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Advise on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring that the company’s interests are protected while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide business-oriented, practical, and timely legal advice to management and business teams.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer agreements and legal documentation for local market.
  • Analyze and identify legal risks and implications, enforcing the company’s rights and interests.
  • Manage litigation and dispute resolution, collaborating with external counsel when necessary.
  • Stay informed about changes and potential changes in relevant policies and regulatory environments, keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Support regional legal matters as needed.
 Qualifications:
  • Qualified lawyer (BAR) in Taiwan with 8-10 years’ experience, gained in private practice and/or in-house.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial law; experience in entertainment or media-related areas is a plus.
  • Working in international/MNCs is preferred.
  • Excellent professional legal drafting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Advanced project management skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin.
