Responsibilities

Recommend appropriate approaches for gathering insights through various data sources, including direct market research, to address key business challenges, uncover customer insights, and assess the competitive landscape

Supervise and improve the output of research vendors, ensuring high standards in survey implementation, questionnaire development, data interpretation, pricing strategies, and overall project coordination

Monitor and optimize research-related expenditures to align with budget timelines

Contribute to the identification of opportunities and risks across current and future product lines by conducting in-depth analysis of industry movements, patient experiences, and consumer behavior

Continuously monitor secondary data platforms—such as NHIA databases, syndicated studies, and cancer registries—to detect and report on early signs of market shifts

Advocate for customer perspectives in cross-functional discussions, delivering market intelligence insights that guide both strategic planning and day-to-day decisions

Compile and distribute monthly reports summarizing key developments in market trends, distribution channel changes, company and product performance, and significant market signals
Qualifications

Minimum of five years' experience in business analysis and market research, preferably with exposure to the Healthcare, Life Sciences, FMCG, or Retail sector

Proven ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and influential working style

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous
