Job Scope
-
Develop Life Science Business in Taiwan and execute Life Science business initiatives for Key Accounts in Taiwan.
-
Build multi-layer customer relationships by leveraging company resources to maximize customer satisfaction.

Follow all opportunities from Customer CAPEX and OPEX. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers.

Analyze and interpret key financial results from Key Accounts, such as orders, revenue, AR, and forecasting.

Collaborate with the life sciences segment sales leader and life science marketing manager to prepare key account plans with clear sales projections and growth initiatives.

Work with the service manager to provide customized offers to key account customers to improve gross margins.

Non-Key Account Opportunity Follow-up
-
Follow diffuse end users, EPC, and system integrators assigned by line managers.

Actively explore and develop potential customers from new segments, such as Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, Hospitals, and the Food & Beverage sector.

Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.

Analyze and interpret key financial results from Non-KA opportunities, such as orders, revenue, AR, and forecasting.

Facilitate Other Functional Teams

Support the offer marketing team in voice-of-customer collection and business surveys.

Support the Marcom team in account or territory promotion events.

Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with a pharmaceutical background are preferred.

At least 3 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for consumable or instrument sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills for scientific discussions with customers.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Strong data analysis and business planning skills.

High energy, team player, and ability to work under pressure.

Self-motivated, proactive, open-minded, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
