Position: Project Manager -- Railway or Metro
Number of team members: 2 engineers
Location: Taipei ?
Report to Head of Motion Business Area
Your responsibilities
• Technical lead of a team of specialist engineers for complex engineering projects, in collaboration with the com-mercial project manager
• Technical representation of the project towards the customer
• Ensuring project execution within the given time, cost, requirements, and quality framework
• Establishing and maintaining close collaboration with other engineering teams (locally and globally), such as the core project and service teams.
• Actively promoting the application and continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes.
• Customer management for project milestones, i.e., interface, design reviews, follow up meetings, commissioning, and post-commissioning on the whole fleet.
Your background
• Bachelor, Master or PhD in electrical engineering
• At least 10 years work experience in a technical customer focused area in the field of railway. E-bus or heavy elec-tric vehicle propulsion would be considered.
• Technical Project management experience
• Strong level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a structured approach to work
• Strong practical background and delivery mindset
• Team player with fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
