1. Project Planning and Management
- Develop and ensure that the project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget align with the company's strategy.
- Create project plans, defining key phases, timelines, and required resources.
- Ensure that project risks are effectively identified and managed to avoid significant delays or budget overruns.
- Communicate effectively with different departments within the group (such as product design, production, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment on project needs and objectives.
- Hold regular project meetings to report on progress, issues, and risks, and develop solutions.
- When cross-departmental collaboration is needed, assist in resolving issues and maintaining team cooperation.
- Ensure timely and effective allocation of resources (e.g., manpower, materials, equipment) according to project needs.
- Ensure that project team members have the necessary skills and provide effective guidance and support.
- Regularly track project progress to ensure it is moving according to plan.
- Monitor project quality and deliverables to ensure they meet expected standards.
- Manage project budgets and control situations where overspending or resource wastage occurs.
- Monitor market trends and keep track of competitors' activities, adjusting project strategies to maintain competitive advantages.
- Continuously optimize project content based on market feedback to enhance the competitiveness of the final product.
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time and meets the expected quality.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and reviews, summarize lessons learned, and propose improvement suggestions to inform future projects.
- Address various issues and challenges that arise during the project process, providing innovative and feasible solutions.
- Provide the necessary data and analysis for project decisions, assisting senior management in making informed choices.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed customer expectations.
