Radar System, Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine algorithms for radar systems, focusing on target detection, tracking, and digital signal processing.
• Utilize MATLAB, Python, or similar tools to implement, test, and simulate these algorithms.
• Perform performance evaluations and optimizations for real-time processing on embedded platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to integrate signal processing solutions into complete systems.
• Stay updated on the latest radar and signal processing technologies and suggest innovative strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of radar technology and digital signal processing theory and algorithms.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar tools, with preferred experience in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in team settings.
• Experience in radar system algorithm development and familiarity with radar signal processing hardware platforms is preferred.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with adaptive beamforming techniques, MIMO, AoA localization algorithms, and radar simulation software.
• Familiarity with RTOS or Embedded Linux operating systems, and experience in kernel and driver program development.
• Knowledge of linear algebra and mathematical optimization techniques.
• Understanding of phased array antenna systems.
