Position: Key Account Manager (Non-T Customers)
Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by managing non-TSMC customers and achieving annual revenue targets.

Monitor market trends and global technology roadmaps to develop a 3-5 year business strategy, identifying key growth opportunities.

Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance market share and develop new applications.

Lead the launch of strategic offerings and collaborate with the application team to drive sustainable business expansion.

Develop and expand service business by creating competitive service offerings, improving revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction.

Build and lead a high-performing, motivated team capable of executing business strategies effectively.
Requirements:
Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor industry.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic key account management within the electronics or semiconductor industry.

Proven track record of successfully introducing and selling new solutions or next-generation products.

Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in key accounts.

Solid experience in managing cross-functional teams with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent.

Results-driven, resourceful, and resilient with strong collaboration skills.
