Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our Cable Connector product line sales operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across global markets. The ideal candidate has deep industry knowledge in electronic connectors or cable assemblies and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals for the Cable Connector product line.

Lead and manage the global/regional sales team, setting clear performance goals and ensuring consistent execution.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries such as automotive, industrial, medical, or telecom sectors.

Manage and grow strategic accounts, building strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key decision-makers.

Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to align customer needs with product development initiatives.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and pricing strategies.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer visits, and other networking events.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the electronic components or cable/connector industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of cable connector technologies, applications, and market trends.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams in a competitive, technical market.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Fluent in English (Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus, if applicable to market focus).
