We’re looking for a Director of Compensation & Benefits for an electronics design & manufacturing company to be based in Taipei. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring the company has competitive and equitable rewards structures to attract and retain its people.

Requirements:
· 15+ years of working experience in total rewards/compensation and benefits in a large, globally operated organization (10,000+ employees, multiple countries), with a minimum of 7 years of people managerial experience.
· Electronics, Semiconductor, or Industrial Manufacturing backgrounds will be an advantage.
· Knowledgeable of international compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration. Experience of managing international/regional/global programs.
· Familiarity with HR systems, compensation tools, and data analytics.
· Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Holding certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) will be a plus.
· Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or a related study. Fluent English speaking & writing.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders, site HR, finance team, and other key stakeholders to develop and align the total rewards strategies for the company while meeting the company’s objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Design/define the best compensation framework to support business needs. Conduct market analysis regularly to ensure competitive offers and best practices in the industry.
- Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive programs, including bonuses, equity compensation, and recognition programs. Ensure internal equity and compliance with international compensation regulations and labor laws.
- Lead annual salary reviews, job evaluations, and pay adjustments. Design and manage global benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
- Evaluate current benefits offerings and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international benefits regulations.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition and retention. Provide guidance and training to HRBP, site HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits policies.
- Ensure accurate compensation and benefits data management, reporting, and analytics. Maintain compliance with international labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards. Partner with legal, finance, HRBP and site HR teams to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
