The successful candidate will manage key accounts (KA) business and partner with key customers to identify synergies which will support ambitious plans to develop potential market. The role provides an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the business, and a platform for future career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage KA plan, fully leverage resources to sell products to customers throughout the value chain. Capture key opportunities and mitigating potential risks.
- Responsible for the marketing specification pull-through with all Company brand offerings among downstream brands & retailers within Taiwan, as well as extension capacity outside of Taiwan.
- Develop close relationships with existing customers, influence the key stakeholders and transform the initial interest to business deliverables.
- Develop new business partners, creating and capturing value for both Company and customers, drive new specification as an ongoing process.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market to provide an accurate forecast supporting planning, execution and product availability.
- Align with global marketing strategy, implement the programs with the brands and the retailers.
- Understand the value chain of downstream accounts. Approach the mills/brands, drive and track the hard specification and sales realization along the value chain.
- Utilize analytical tools to manage complex business opportunities and track performance against ambitious commercial bets.
- Perform all the above while ensuring the highest level of ethics and compliance with all local laws.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or above Degree in Marketing, Product Development, Textile or Engineering
- Proven skills in selling, negotiation, decision-making and communication with proficiency in spoken and written English
- 10 years + experience in marketing, sales or business development function
- Proven track record of achieving performance results in value chain selling business
- Ability to develop long term strategic partnerships with existing and new customers, by creating and capturing value for customers through brand awareness and new technical innovations
- Entrepreneurial approach, proven economic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to collaborate, influence and manage change
- Excellent verbal and written English communications within all levels of the business
- Knowledge of apparel or textile industry is preferred
- Good experience with financial and data analysis, tracking results against metrics
