About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Employee Relations professional with deep expertise in labor law and dispute resolution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our business operates in compliance with labor regulations while fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment. If you have experience managing labor cases, leading investigations, and advising on employee policies in a dynamic logistics or manufacturing context, we’d love to connect.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage legal and compliance risks by ensuring HR policies align with local labor laws and best practices.
Lead responses to external labor disputes, including cases with the Ministry of Labor & Employment or the Labor Relations Commission.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including labor unions, to identify and resolve potential ER (Employee Relations) issues before they escalate.
Support disciplinary procedures, employee grievance processes, and personnel committee operations.
Contribute to a culture of compliance and fairness through internal audits and policy enhancements.
Act as a key advisor to HR and leadership on employee relations strategy and regulatory trends.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in labor law compliance, grievance handling, disciplinary management, or union relations—preferably within logistics or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of labor law and practical application in employee relations.
Experience managing or supporting labor-management councils, audits, and in-house issue resolution channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a calm and strategic approach to conflict resolution.
Effective communicator with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
Certified Labor Attorney (desirable but not required).
Fluency in English is a plus.
