Role: Sales Account Manager (Wireless)
Reporting to: Country Manager, Taiwan
Location: Taipei
This is an individual contributor and sales quota-carrying role.
Major Responsibilities
•Responsible for achieving/exceeding the business goals and sales quota in the assigned territory
•Develop and maintain key accounts and customer relationships related to NEMs, Carriers, Labs production & Contract Manufacturers
•Perform market analysis of the assigned territory and provide up to date data on market dynamics including potential opportunities, competitor activities and others for effective sales
•Develop and execute sales programs directly in cooperation with BU
•Develop and manage an effective channel ecosystem to appropriate cover the assigned products in order to meet and exceed company sales objectives
•Maintain and submit an accurate sales forest for the assigned territory using assigned tools such as a CRM
•Attend tradeshows and host seminars to promote our Solutions Pre-Requisites & Experience
Pre-Requisites & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or communications-related technical training and experience is preferred
•At least 3-5 years of experience in Communications instruments with background in Wireless communications preferred
•Excellent sales and account management experience in handling customer opportunities
•Good understanding of 4G/5G RAN protocols, O-RAN and Small Cell eco-system
•Basic understanding of L4-L7 network protocol as well as Layer 1 and 2 such as common routing and switching protocols
•Strong verbal, written and customer communication skills.
•Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese language
•Self-motivated, highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
•Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with FAE and Business Unit Product Manager
