Sr. Application Engineering Manager (Polymer) - Regional Role

Report to APAC Application Engineering Head
Team Size: 10+
Location: Hsinchu 
Working Model: Hybrid and flexible working mode. 
Business Trip is requested.

Responsibilities

1. Guide and oversee the AE team to meet business goals by successfully executing critical sales and innovation projects, ensuring top priorities are clearly identified and effectively carried out.
2. Drive the development of technical capabilities within the AE team by assessing needs aligned with business objectives and initiating actions to address them.
3. Execute the business strategy, ensuring full alignment with organizational goals and proper allocation of resources.
4. Cultivate a strong talent pipeline within the AE team to support future growth and success.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Proven leadership ability to drive the AE team toward achieving defined goals and responsibilities.
2. Solid understanding of adhesive, polymer technologies and their applications.
3. In-depth knowledge of the electronics industry and related applications.
4. Strong skills in managing and developing people.
5. Advanced engineering expertise to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of adhesive, polymer and related chemistry, with good experience in Electronic, Semiconductor customers. 
7. Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultures.
8. Fluent in English
