Overview:
This role is focused on leading marketing efforts for a specialized pharmaceutical portfolio, aimed at enhancing patient care through strategic planning and execution. This position combines expertise in product management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven marketing to achieve both patient and business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the assigned product portfolio in alignment with global pharmaceutical standards.
- Set clear marketing priorities, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize impact.
- Drive local marketing success with a strong focus on patient-centered solutions and alignment with broader strategic goals.
- Lead the development and execution of local marketing strategies, including brand development and market positioning.
- Design and deliver customer experiences across multiple platforms, working closely with internal teams to ensure cohesion.
- Utilize data analytics to strengthen the product’s market positioning and uncover new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, product advocates, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive activity, making recommendations to address challenges and seize opportunities.
- Manage and forecast budgets, supporting financial objectives with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or Business Management (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical product management, including experience in brand management, budget oversight, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Skills: Proficiency in market analytics, KOL management, project management, and strategic planning.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Collaborative and adaptable with a focus on continuous improvement and an innovative approach to market challenges.
