About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline workforce roles at one of our key Fulfillment Centers. This position plays a crucial role in scaling hiring capabilities, building strong external recruitment partnerships, and ensuring we meet operational workforce demands in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Drive large-scale hiring initiatives by developing and executing talent acquisition strategies tailored to the evolving needs of the Fulfillment Center.
- Partner with staffing vendors and internal business leaders to align workforce planning with business priorities and hiring goals.
- Serve as the key liaison with recruitment agencies, ensuring smooth communication and mutual accountability.
- Analyze labor market data and workforce trends to proactively shape sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Introduce creative and data-driven sourcing approaches to improve candidate pipelines and fill rates.
- Track and report key hiring metrics, offering insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR operations to ensure seamless onboarding and positive candidate-to-employee transition.
- Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and employment laws relevant to hourly workforce recruitment.
- Promote a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring responsiveness, transparency, and engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment or workforce staffing, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of managing agency relationships and leading end-to-end recruitment programs.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Data-savvy and results-driven, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with labor compliance and best practices in contingent workforce hiring.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for operational excellence.
