Job Title:
Senior Account Manager – Electronics Material
Job Summary:
Lead business growth initiatives in Taiwan, focusing on consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and industrial electronics sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive business expansion in Taiwan, targeting consumer, automotive, and industrial electronics markets.

Serve as a solutions expert, managing and growing existing accounts by delivering high-quality services, including order processing, product management, pricing and contract negotiations, material supply planning, product integration, and fostering customer relationships.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, applications, and product integrations. Act as the project lead, overseeing the entire business cycle—from identifying target customers and leading product specification processes to aligning customer needs with internal resources in marketing, technology, and other support functions.

Develop and manage distribution channels to enhance market coverage, service levels, and competitiveness, ultimately driving growth in end-user business.

Support marketing and technical teams by providing market intelligence, competitor insights, and executing customer promotion activities.

Ensure timely completion of company-required processes in the e-System, such as demand forecasting updates, call reports, and opportunity tracking.
Qualifications:

Minimum of three years’ experience in adhesives, electronic materials, or related industries.

Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Strong communication and influencing skills, including active listening.

Excellent customer relationship management and conflict resolution abilities.

Demonstrated sense of ownership and passion for driving business success.
