Sr. Staff/Staff Engineer, Firmware (Power Systems )

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in firmware development for power-related applications, such as BBU, UPS, SMPS, and pure sine inverters.

2. Proficiency in firmware development, debugging, and control algorithm implementation for BMS and SMPS.

3. Experience with development, debugging, and testing tools (e.g., Python, I2C analyzers, scripting tools).

4. Knowledge of software lifecycle management, including version control and update processes.

5. Strong understanding of power electronics circuits used in BMS and SMPS designs.

6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a dynamic environment.

7. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel internationally for project support when needed.
