Sustainable Development Marketing Manager

Our client is  the global industry association,  has connected more than 3,000 global member companies to obtain latest market information, increase profitability, overcome technical challenges, explore potential business opportunities since 1970.

Title: Sustainable Development Marketing Manager
Location: HsinChu, Taiwan 

Job Scope:

1. Understand industry trends and listen to industry needs through daily visits, communication, and research. Regularly gather and share ESG-related information from domestic and international sources.

2. Develop strategic and creative approaches for project planning, providing recommendations and solutions based on team objectives.

3. Execute various events (including online and offline courses and activities) through teamwork, collaboration, and engagement with external organizations.

4. Work with internal teams to provide integrated communication services that address members' pain points and fulfill their needs.

5. Plan and implement sustainability-themed activities to enhance member engagement and attract potential new members.

6. Assist in coordinating and managing meetings and affairs related to the our Sustainable Manufacturing Committee.

7. Handle other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
   
   Job Requirement: 
   
   1. Proactive, positive thinking, and passionate about learning.
   2. Strong writing and logical reasoning skills.
   3. Business transformation concept for project proposals.
   4. Basic digital and event planning/execution skills in media, able to work independently while valuing teamwork.
   5. Understanding of ESG concepts and knowledge (3+ years of relevant experience); ESG or project management-related certifications are a plus.
   6. Proposal presentation and sponsorship business development skills, capable of exchanging information and clarifying objectives with a priority on organizational goals.
