Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor to assigned strategic accounts, ensuring long-term, value-driven relationships by aligning engineering simulation solutions with clients’ business objectives.

Collaborate closely with enterprise account teams to define and execute both short-term and long-term technical strategies across global stakeholders that support account growth.

Lead technical engagement across the account, acting as the central point of contact for all technical initiatives, and translating customer needs into tailored solutions.

Identify opportunities to expand footprint through competitive displacement, solution expansion, and global scaling; strategically leverage internal resources to drive adoption.

Coordinate with regional technical, training, and consulting teams to execute account-specific initiatives; ensure global alignment and delivery excellence.

Monitor and review technical support activities to maintain service quality; partner with local support leaders to provide coaching and continuous improvement for technical teams.

Establish a strong connection with product development teams to communicate customer feedback, defect tracking, and enhancement requests.

Support account-based marketing initiatives and technology proliferation campaigns to drive solution adoption, partner integration, and business impact.

Lead complex opportunity qualification and strategic technical campaigns; contribute insights into market sizing and competitive positioning.

Provide guidance on multi-physics, CAD, PLM, and EDA solution integration to meet customer-specific engineering and simulation needs.
Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum experience:

BS + 8 years

MS + 6 years
-
PhD + 3 years
-

Proven experience using commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM software platforms.

Strong understanding of engineering simulation workflows across multiple physics domains.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills; fluency in English (written and spoken).

Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and work collaboratively across global technical and business teams.
-
Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
