Technical Director/Fellow - BCD Technology

We’re seeking a senior technical director/fellow, BCD Technology for a leading fabless/IC design company based in Hsinchu. This is a newly created senior technical role that will be responsible for the technology enablement for the company, pivotal in shaping the direction of the technology solutions and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
 
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technology roadmaps (Device, Process, & Integration) for Analog & Power products and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Act as a technical advisor and evangelist, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Technology enablement for the company to expand into new markets/applications. Work closely with business units to ensure and sustain technology competitiveness for continual organic growth.
• Build up technology IP portfolio.
• Foundry development and foundry technology development.
• Boost the company’s brand name as a technology leader. Represent the company at industry conferences, leading discussions on technological advancements and best practices.

 
   Requirements:

• 15+ years of professional work in semiconductor industry, with dedicated design/R&D experience in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS), power and mixed signal analog processes.
• Broad knowledge in market, applications and technologies, with deep insight in power electronics
• Senior level business and organization management, with hands-on leadership track record
• Education: MS or PHD in Electrical Engineering or related studies
• Good networking with major foundries (TSMC).
