1、具健檢中心運營、定位、設計與管理經驗，包括:健康檢查流程設計、動線安排、資訊系統架構、設備與配置規劃、人力規劃與應用、健康管理教育訓練課程設計等能力或經驗。 2、熟悉醫療健檢大數據運用與顧客經營，了解國、內外專業健檢中心經營模式與特色差異，可發展不同健康管理服務模式。 3、醫院型健康管理中心或專業型健檢中心的工作經驗，具實際規劃、建置或現場運作經驗、醫療背景專業者尤佳。 4、具備整合集團內資源，建構生態鏈，並招聘、培訓和管理健檢中心人員，確保團隊能夠有效運作。
