Responsibilities:
- Provides local market inputs and recommendations into Sales plans for the market (internally, Distributor).
- Coordinates Market Execution of all Sales/Commercial programs/plans and investments.
- Ensures consistency between CEE plan, Market plan, Country plans, and Customer plans.
- Enables the delivery of the company’s sales fundamentals in stores.
- Enables implementation of category initiatives within the Market.
- Effectively cooperates with company’s shared resources from other functions.
Requirements:
- Strong Customer/ Distributor knowledge
- Display a high level of cross-collaboration with effective partnering for results.
- Effective Communicator
- Full English Language proficiency is a must (min. C1)
