Executive Director Tech & Hospitality

Morgan Philips is currently looking for a  for one of its clients, an exclusive conciergerie service with offices in Dubai and Geneva for an Executive Director
Tech & Hospitality.
The role will be overseeing a team of dedicated “lifestyle experts” and serving a very unique clientele, surpassing their expectations and ensuring the most exceptional and unparalleled service.

Leading that innovative and tech-driven luxury conciergerie, the future Executive Director Tech & Hospitality will ensure the quality and excellence of the services, both for its international and local clientele.

This position is ideal for a nomad with international exposure, as there will be frequent travels between although ideally the role would be Dubai based where is located HQ and most of the team. 
For this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Supervising all activities related to the offices, both in Europe and Middle East;
• Identifying new opportunities to improve the brand’s application and high-tech platforms; 
• Leasing the Tech transformation 
• Developing partnerships with elite unique high-end services, as well as ensuring they correspond to the clientele’s desired level of services;
• Managing partnerships portfolio and ensuring a sustainable commercial relationship;
• Managing the talented team 
• Guarantying an unparalleled and discreet clients’ experience;
• Answering clients’ requests and complaints, as well as working towards continuous improvement for customers’ experience, using artificial intelligence and technological resources.

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in a high-end luxury / lifestyle company, ideally Hospitality or any Customer-Centric establishment or a Tech company 
• A proven expertise in an innovative business using advanced data and tech;
• A well rounded candidate, well presented and well spoken;
• A significant experience as a General Manager in hospitality segments;
• An ability to understand key figures (budgets, ratios, forecast)  and manage a P&L;
• International exposure and willingness to adapt to frequent travels;
• At ease with new technologies and artificial intelligence;
• Leader, team builder and solution-seeker;
• Excellent communication skills;
• English and French are mandatory, any other language is an advantage.
